Appointment duration depends on the style. Simple cornrows take 1–2 hours, while box braids or knotless braids can take 4–7 hours. Each service page shows estimated duration.

Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise instructed. This helps us work more efficiently and ensures the best results.

We can provide hair extensions for an additional cost, or you're welcome to bring your own. Let us know when booking so we can advise on the type and amount needed.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
